The chef of F.Resto is Dmitry Fomenko, a professional with international experience, years of practice and prestigious awards. Dmitry worked at the renowned restaurant “Ö” for nine years, three of which as head chef. His cuisine relies on high-quality local ingredients, seasonality and modern techniques to create pure and expressive flavors.
Eva Unt is the creative director of F.Resto and a highly qualified specialist with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant world. After a long time working in the city’s leading restaurants, Eva and her husband Dmitri Fomenko launched their first burger project in Tallinn, F.Burger, offering guests their signature “Dirty” burgers. The next step was the opening of F.Resto. For both projects, Eva developed a holistic concept and a recognizable brand style, and in the case of F.Resto, she created a unique wine list that can surprise even the most demanding wine connoisseurs. Her creativity, talent and impeccable taste make Eva one of the most outstanding specialists in the restaurant world.
